General terms

{legalName} undertakes to provide the services requested and paid for by the client through an online booking, in accordance with the details provided by the client in the booking form: name, stay period, number of nights, number of guests and price per night.

A booking can be made through the website or by phone. To be valid, a booking must be confirmed by the {legalName} team.

Check-in and check-out times for each property are stated in that property's listing on the "For Guests" page and/or communicated when the booking is confirmed.

In case of cancellation, no-show or change of an already paid online booking by the client, {legalName} will refund the amount paid upon request, provided the following conditions are met.

A confirmed booking can be cancelled by the guest no later than 14 days before the check-in date — in this case 100% of the amount paid is refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, amounts paid are non-refundable.

Any transfer costs related to a refund (bank fees, etc.) are borne by the client. Refunds are processed within 30 days, to the same bank account/card the payment was made from. The client's card details are processed solely by the intermediary bank and are not stored by {legalName}.

Prices on the {legalName} website are in euro (€), including applicable taxes and fees. The total amount due is calculated automatically based on the number of nights, number of guests and the current rate for the relevant period.

For online bookings, 100% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking.

If the client provides incorrect details (e.g. number of guests), {legalName} reserves the right to request an additional payment on the day of check-in/check-out.

{legalName} reserves the right to change prices and special offers on the website depending on demand and availability. For bookings that have already been confirmed and paid, the amount due does not change regardless of any later changes to price offers.
